Yaroslava Mahuchikh sets new world record in women’s high jump during Paris Diamond League
Mahuchikh, the reigning world champion, set a new best of 2.10 metres, beating by 1cm the previous record set by Bulgaria’s Stefka Kostadinova in Rome in 1987.
