World Athletics Championships 2025, September 17: Neeraj Chopra among Indians in action, schedule, live streaming info
The fifth day of the World Athletics Championships will have seven Indian athletes competing at the Japan National Stadium in Tokyo on Wednesday.
Neeraj Chopra, India’s golden boy in javelin throw, having won the 2020 Olympic gold at the same venue, highlights the list, and will be in action in Group A qualification for the men’s javelin throw finals.
The other athletes include rising star Animesh Kujur, the national record holder in men’s 100m and 200m, who will compete in the men’s 100m heat later in the day.
Meanwhile, Rohit Yadav and Yash Vir Singh will be in contention in the men’s javelin throw qualification.
