Women’s HIL 2025-26: Soorma Hockey Club parts ways with head coach Jude Menezes
Hockey India League (HIL) side Soorma Hockey Club has announced that it has parted ways with head coach Jude Menezes after a poor start to the season.
The team finished as runner-up in the 2024-25 HIL season, but has lost all four of its first four games in the tournament.
Soorma has two matches remaining, against Ranchi Royals and Shrachi Bengal Tigers.
Team mentor Rani Rampal has been announced as the interim coach for the remainder of the tournament, and will be assisted by the existing coaching staff.
