Veteran kabaddi coach Randhir Sehrawat joins Gujarat Giants ahead PKL 13
After 11 seasons with Bengaluru Bulls, Randhir Sehrawat will now be at the helm of a new club. Gujarat Giants has announced the signing of the veteran kabaddi coach in the upcoming season of the Pro Kabaddi League.
The Arjuna Awardee has been associated with Bengaluru Bulls since the inaugural season, leading the franchise to its first title in the sixth edition of the tournament before being released by the club in 2025.
“We are thrilled to welcome Randhir Singh Sehrawat as our new head coach. With his vision and leadership, we look forward to building something special together,” Gujarat Giants said in a social media post.

In an illustrious career as both coach and player, Randhir has won the Asian Kabaddi Championship and the South Asian Games, and has also won best player awards in the Senior Nationals and the Federation Cup among others.
During the latter stages of the PKL’s 2025 chapter, Randhir came out in support of India captain and Tamil Thalaivas raider Pawan Sehrawat who he groomed in the Bulls fold, after he was released from the squad due to an alleged disciplinary issue.
Gujarat Giants, which joined the PKL fold in 2017, made the final twice in its initial seasons but is yet to win the championship.
