Shooting League of India to start on November 24

The inaugural Shooting League of India (SLI) has been allotted the dates from November 24 to December 7, by the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF).

Kalikesh Singh Deo, president of the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI), said that the official recognition of the event by the ISSF would ensure a world-class competition.

“We hope to attract most top shooters to the league as India has a strong profile in the sport, globally. A lot of work is going on behind the scenes and this allotment of dates motivates us further to deliver one of the best-ever shooting events,” said the NRAI president.

The NRAI had earlier announced that Elena Norman would be the consultant for the league and New Horizons Alliance Pvt. Limited would the commercial and marketing agency.
