Patna Pirates defeated U Mumba in Eliminator 2 of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 11at the Sree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi in Pune on Thursday to secure a spot in semifinal.
The three-time champion demolished Mumba 31-23 and will play Dabang Delhi in semifinal 2 on Friday.
The Narender Redhu-coached team finished the league stage at third on the table.
Pirates’ raider Ayan was the man of the match with 10 points in his first ever playoff appearance.
