Denmark Open 2025: Satwik-Chirag crash out in semifinals
India’s men’s doubles pairing of Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy crashed out in the semifinals of the Denmark Open on Saturday.
The sixth-seeded pair lost to Japan’s Takuro Hoki and Yugo Kobayashi 21-23, 21-18, 16-21 in 68 minutes. The Japanese had defeated the Indian pair only once before their meeting in Odense, but dug in and edged out the World Championship bronze-medallists.
