World Para Athletics Championships 2025, September 30: Indian results and medals on Day 4
Sumit Antil and Sandip Sanjay Sargar added two more gold medals to India’s tally at the World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Sumit became a three-time World Champion in the Men’s Javelin Throw F64 event with a new Championship Record while Sargar clinched his maiden gold in the F44 category.
Sandeep Chaudhary made it an Indian one-two in the Men’s Javelin Throw F44 event while Yogesh Kathuniya bagged a silver in Men’s Discus Throw F56.
A total of 13 Indians were in action on the fourth day at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
India has won nine medals – four gold, four silver and a bronze – at the ongoing edition of the World Championships.
