World Athletics Championships 2025, Day 7: Indians in action, schedule, live streaming info
Annu Rani and Gulveer Singh will be the two Indians in action on the seventh day at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.
The 33-year-old Annu, competing in her fifth world championships, will have to either achieve the 62.50m mark or finish inside Top 12 in the qualification round of women’s javelin throw. Asian Games champion Annu has a personal best of 63.82m, which is also the National Record. Her Season’s Best is 62.59m.
Gulveer, who finished 16th in the men’s 10,000m final, will take part in the 5,000m heats. The Indian, who holds the National Record at 12:59.77s, will have to finish in Top 8 in his heat to qualify for the final.
