Women’s Hockey Asia Cup 2025 Super 4s Points Table: India picks three points against Korea
India women’s hockey team started off its Hockey Asia Cup Super 4s campaign with a 4-2 win over Korea in Gongshu, China on Wednesday.
With the win, India maintained its unbeaten run in the tournament — a much-needed tailwind ahead of the big clash against China on Thursday.
The Salima Tete-led India sits at the top of the Super4s points table. It needs to finish in the top two to play the final and have a shot at qualifying for the FIH World Cup in 2026.
Here is how the points table looks after the first round of Super4s fixtures:
Team | Matches | Won | Lost | Draw | Goal difference | Points |
India | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 2 | 3 |
China | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Japan | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
