PKL 2025: U Mumba’s Ajit Chouhan limps off with injury against Bengaluru Bulls


U Mumba star raider Ajit Chouhan was seen going off the mat after copping a blow during his side’s Pro League Kabaddi (PKL) 2025 fixture against Bengaluru Bulls on Friday at the Viswanadh Sports Club in Visakhapatnam.

The Maharashtra player seemed to have injured his left ankle during a raid early in the second half when Bulls defender Yogesh went to grapple Ajit’s legs.

The raider was then seen limping off of the mat, and then subsequently receiving treatment on that ankle.

U Mumba was leading 34-14 against the Bulls at this moment. The Mumbai-based side won the match 48-28 and Ajit was seen walking around on the mat at full-time.

Ajit had bagged 13 points on the night before being substituted off — 12 of them being touch points and one Bonus Point. Out of 13 raid attempts, nine were successful, two were unsuccessful, and two were empty.

Last season, the youngster’s debut in the PKL, he bagged a commendable 186 points in 23 matches.
