The FIDE Women’s World Cup 2025 final between India’s Koneru Humpy and Divya Deshmukh will head into tiebreaks after the two played out a sedate draw in the second classical game on Sunday, in Batumi, Georgia.
The tiebreaks will happen on Monday, starting with two 15+10 rapid games.
Both Humpy and Divya played within the conventional lines in Game 2. Early in the game, the two found the engine moves regularly to produce high-accurate start.
