Asian Athletics Championships 2025, Medals Tally: India continues in second place with eight golds after day four
India held on to its second place in the medals tally after the fourth day of the Asian Athletics Championships in Gumi, Korea.
India claimed three gold medals on Friday – Gulveer Singh (men’s 5000m), Pooja (women’s high jump) and Nandini Agasara (heptathlon).
Parul Chaudhary added a silver with a National Record-breaking effort in the women’s 3000m steeplechase.
China leads with 26 medals (15 gold), followed by India and Japan. The event ends on May 31.
