Ahmedabad to Host UTT Season 6 – Action Begins May 29!

India’s premier table tennis league, Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT), will return for its sixth season from May 29 to June 15, 2025, with Ahmedabad hosting the event for the first time. The tournament will feature eight teams, including defending champion Goa Challengers, which will be aiming for a record third title. Goa Challengers had beaten Dabang Delhi TTC last season, becoming UTT’s first two-time champion.

The EKA Arena, known for staging major events like the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup and 2019 Intercontinental Cup (football), will serve as the venue for UTT Season 6.

Competition format

The tournament will feature eight teams split into two groups of four, with each team playing five league ties. The top four teams will advance to the knockout rounds, culminating in the grand finale on June 15. Each team comprises six players, including two international stars, competing in five matches per tie — two women’s singles, two men’s singles, and one mixed doubles.
